  • Maintain ownership of pre-existing proprietary tools and frameworks
  • Showcase completed work in our portfolio (with client permission)

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Standard terms include:

  • Initial deposit required before project commencement
  • Milestone-based payments for larger projects
  • Final payment due upon project completion and acceptance
  • Late payment fees may apply as specified in the contract

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, data, and business processes. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Warranty and Support

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Support and maintenance terms are defined in individual service agreements.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in our jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
